The drill is simple enough: as you pass your mouse over the text, it displays a thumbnail in the middle frame. Don't try to click the pic! Just click the text once you see a thumbnail you find appealing (yeah right! like you're gonna click only one pic!!). Enjoy and come back time to time to see new pics.
